Join us as we look back on our latest anniversary celebrations. Our travels take us to Plano, TX, where the dining experience is taken to a whole different level.
You might know that my wife and I love traveling. What many people don’t realize is that we haven’t been married for long. We tied the knot just before moving to Oklahoma, and we haven’t regretted it since. Even back then, I knew she was the perfect adventure partner for me.
We’ve since determined that we would alternate who gets to plan the anniversary festivities each year. This year being her turn, she did not disappoint.
To start this adventure, she booked us a beautiful room at the Marriot located in the Legacy Town Center. We started our anniversary celebration with a couple of cocktails from their signature restaurant “Rustic Jewel”. Later we enjoyed something sweet from The Gelato Cone.
The next morning, we continued our anniversary celebrations with a tasty brunch at The Biscuit Bar.
Their menu featured several offerings of their signature biscuits, tots, and drinks. You should definitely check out this spot if you’re searching for a good brunch place.
Later on, we continued our anniversary celebrations by visiting Peppersmash. During our time there, we experienced a very welcoming atmosphere, with friendly staff and an excellent selection of cocktails.
Later, we went to Bob’s Steak & Chop House and had an amazing dinner.
Bob’s provided truly top-notch service, making this experience one of a kind. We began by ordering a bottle of red wine and the meatball appetizer.
The meatball appetizer delighted with its absolute deliciousness. Its tenderness, flavorfulness, and delicate nature made it melt in your mouth with every bite.
Later, we enjoyed one of the many steak offerings, all of which included a glazed carrot and choice of potatoes.
All in all, our anniversary celebrations were absolutely memorable. Another year down and another year of enjoying every minute I can with her.
